Dangerous pedophile jumps bail & goes missing
Bhubaneswar, Jan 14: A 65-year-old Australian pedophile, who was detained for four months for sexually abusing children, has reportedly managed to jump bail and is currently absconding.
The fake priest has been charged with sexually abusing little children in a orphanage in Puri in Orissa after several children complained to the founders of the Mary Ellen Gerber Foundations in Nov 2005, reports Times News Network.
The Australian man identifies himself as Paul Allen, sometimes as Paul Dean and uses several other pseudonyms.
Paul Allen is considered to be extremely dangerous and is a threat to children as long as he remains free, the police is quoted as saying in the Jan 13 report.
Police has raised an alarm over the pedophile on the loose.

Paul's criminal past dates back to 1976 when he suddenly went missing from Bunbury, Australia.
He later arrived in India and called himself 'Brother Alan' and signed letters as 'Dr Bro Paul'.
He first started off in an ashram in southern India, where he performed cataract operations and limb surgery, including amputations, on lepers after watching local doctors at work.
From Andhra Pradesh he later went to Orissa in 1980s.
When he arrived at Titlagarh in Orissa, he adopted titles such as 'Professor' and 'Tata' (Granfather). This is where the earliest known evidence of Dean abusing boys came to light.
He was accused many times of abusing children but he always managed to tearfully plead his innocence, Mary-Ellen Gerber, who founded an orphanage near the city of Puri is quoted as saying.
Over the years, he has been jailed several times over allegations of child abuse and child pornography. However, he somehow manages to evade authorities and punishment everytime.
Australian authorities have known of the allegations but have shown no inclination to act against the man who fled Australia more than 30 years ago on a fake passport, wanted for theft, and who has roamed India ever since, the ABC report said.
