Hyderabad mayor pressurized to resign
Hyderabad, Dec 24: Pro-Telangana activists have demanded the resignation of the newly elected mayor of Hyderabad, Karthika Reddy on Thursday, Dec 24.
Staging a protest in front of the mayor's residence, a group of Pro-Telangana activists urged that Reddy must immediately resign in support of Telangana state.
Reddy was elected on Dec 4 after the election to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on Nov 2009.
