Himachal: Bus falls into gorge, 22 killed

Dharamsala, Nov 6: At least 22 passengers were Killed and 48 injured when a bus rolled down into a gorge near Haripur area of Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh

According to Superintendent of Police Atul Fulzele, the accident took place when the bus driver lost control over the vehicle and fell into the 100-feet deep gorge.

He said, the injured have been rushed to Dr Rajendra Prasad government medical college in Tanda. Rescue operation is on and the casualty figure is expected to rise.

Senior civil and police officers have rushed to the accident site.
