AP: Female boxer found dead, suicide suspected

Hyderabad, Nov 4: A female boxer was found dead in Hyderabad's Lal Bahadur Stadium under mysterious circumstances and initial reports indicate suicide.

19-year-old S Amravati was being trained by Omkar Yadav, a former national level boxer.

Amravati was being coached through the Centre for Excellence Camp in Hyderabad since three years.

Reports suggest that the girl was humiliated by the coach which may have driven Amravati to take this extreme step.

Amravati's brother reportedly lashed out at the coach for being too tough on the young boxer.
