Pakistani diplomat dies of electric shock in Delhi
New Delhi, Oct.12 (ANI): A Pakistani diplomat died of an electric shock at his Vasant Vihar residence here yesterday.
Mohabat Khan Afridi, who was the political counsellor at the Pakistan High Commission for the past two-and-half years, was a resident of Kohat in Pakistan's North West Frontier Province.
Pakistan High Commission officials said that Afridi was taken to the nearby Fortis Hospital where he was declared brought dead.
The Pakistan High Commission said Afridi's body was flown to Pakistan last night. It said his burial would take place in his hometown today.
Pakistan High Commission officials are said to be in a state of shock over the incident. By Naveen Kapoor (ANI)
