Manmohan Singh greets nation on occasion of Durga Puja, Dussehra

New Delhi, Sep 26 (ANI): Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has greeted the nation on the occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra.

In a message, the Prime Minister said the two festivals transcend communal boundaries and provide an opportunity to the people of the country to reinforce their bonds of brotherhood.

"The celebrations express our deep conviction in good and ethical conduct. The gaiety associated with the festivals unites the nation and is the symbol of hope for a brighter future," he added.

"May the almighty shower his choicest blessings on all citizens in this season of festivities," the Prime Minister wished on the occasion. (ANI)
