CWG will be well organised: Organising panel chief

New Delhi, Sep 16: Addressing a press conference Commonwealth Games organising panel chief, Suresh Kalmadi assured that the event would be organised well.

Expressing confidence that Delhi will be ready by 2010 to hold the prestigious sports event, Mr Kalmadi said the preparations were underway.

Ever since Commonwealth Games Federation chief Mike Fennel sought Prime Minister Manmohan Singh"s intervention, both the Delhi Chief Minister, Seila Dikshit and Suresh Kalmadi have been trying to assure the nation that the preparations would be done in time and that the event would be held successful.
