One killed, two injured in firing incident at Ludhiana rly station

Ludhiana, Aug 25 (ANI): One person was killed and two security personnel injured when an unidentified person opened fire at Ludhiana Railway Station on Tuesday morning.

The accused has been arrested.

According to the sources, the deceased was a vendor and the injured were two Government Railway Police (GRP) head constables

The firing took place when the two GRP constables of the Narcotics Cell tried to check the bag of the unidentified person in Jammu-bound Jhelum Express which arrived here from Pune around 3.30 a.m. (ANI)
