ING Vysya employee hacked to death in Bangalore

Bangalore, Aug 19: 23-year-old Gayathri, who was working as legal advisor of ING Vysya Bank, was hacked to death on Tuesday, Aug 18 allegedly by 'supari' killers hired by her husband.

Police said when Gayathri left her house in Jayanagar to report to work, two masked men attacked her with lethal weapons.

Sources said, Gayathri who married Toparaj (26), a small-time businessman a year ago, had a strained relationship with him and was staying with her father.

Topraj, who used to regularly harass her for dowry, was already in jail in connection with dowry case.

According to Gayathri's parents, they could not identify the attacker, but they took down the vehicle number and claim that they were Gayathri"s husband men.

Jayanagar police registered a case and were investigating.
