HC to hear Lodha's plea in Birla ACM case

New Delhi, Jul 27: The Supreme Court of India has refused to offer relief for Harsha Vardhan Lodha from chairing the Birla Corp annual general meeting (ACM) which was scheduled on Monday, Jul 27.

The Supreme Court also directed the Calcutta High Court to hear petition by the Lodha and Birla estate matter on Tuesday, Jul 28.

Earlier, Lodha had moved the Calcutta High Court challenging the CLB interim order which had barred him from chairing the AGM of the Birla Corp.
