Congress supports PM on Indo-Pak joint statement: Khursheed
New Delhi, July 27 (ANI): Minister of State for Minority and Corporate Affairs and senior Congress leader Salman Khursheed on Monday said that Congress party fully supports Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Indo-Pak joint statement issued in Sharm-el-Sheikh in Egypt recently and there is no difference of opinion on the issue.
"There is no disagreement between the government and the party on the issue. Entire party (Congress) is with the PM," Khursheed told media men on Monday in the national capital.
Replying to a query asking the reasons behind the party not coming out in support of PM initially, Khursheed stated Congress was always with the PM wholeheartedly and there was no question of any difference. (ANI)
