Kashmir police camp attack death toll rises to two

Srinagar, July 22 (ANI): The death toll in Tuesday's grenade attack at a special operation group (SOG) camp at Imam Sahib near Shopian, rose to two with a policeman succumbing to his injuries.

Constable Shafiq Ahmad of the SOG, died on Tuesday night at the Soura Medical Institute here.

Sub-Inspector Sethi Ram was killed on the spot and four of his colleagues, including Ahmad, were injured when guerrillas fired a rifle grenade, which fell and exploded inside the camp on Tuesday afternoon.

Security forces surrounded the area around the camp to conduct a search. (ANI)
