Bal Thackeray undergoes angiography

Mumbai, Jul 7: Dr. Jalil Pakar, Bal Thackeray's intensivist said Sena chief underwent an angiography on Tuesday, Jul 7 and may undergo angioplasty.

Earlier, Thackerary was admitted to Lilavati Hospital for the second time after he complained of breathlessness. Shiv Sena sources said, "The decision to conduct the procedure was taken late on Monday, Jul 7 by Thackeray"s son Uddhav after he arrived from the United States."

Sr Parkar said, "Thackeray is in good physical condition for the surgery." Dr Mathew from Lilavati Hospital and Thackeray"s cardiologist Dr JJ Dalal will conduct the procedure.
