KRV activists disrupt Railway exams in Mysore
Mysore, Jul 5: The Railway examination centre in Yuvaraja's College in Mysore on Sunday, Jul 5 was disrupted by a group of Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KRV) activists and alleged that students from other states should be barred in taking the examination.
The KRV activists tore question papers and answer sheets in some class rooms, alleging that out of 388 candidates who appeared for the test, 350 were from outside Karnataka.
While, police arrived at the scene and took the activists into custody. Senior railway official, Narasimhan said, "Examinations continued in class-rooms where there was no disruption. Arrangements would be made later to conduct test for 20 candidates who could not complete their paper due to the disruption."
