Chennai: Family of 5 suspected to have Swine Flu

Chennai, Jun 13: A family of five who flew in from the the US Saturday, Jun 13 morning have been quarantined in a hospital in Chennai as they showed symptoms of Swine Flu or H1N1 Influenza.

The officials have revealed that they showed the symptoms of Influenza A or H1N1 Influenza. They have been taken to the Communicable Diseases Hospital in Chennai where tests for swine flu have been conducted.

A new agency report claims that two people were quarantined at a hospital in Bangalore after they showed symptoms of swine flu on their arrival from the United States. They arrived from US at the Bangalore International Airport and their blood samples have been sent for medical tests.
