Family of 5 quarantined in Chennai for swine flu symptoms
Chennai, June 13 (ANI): A Coimabatore-based family of five, including a six-month-old girl, was quarantined at the airport here for suspected H1N1 virus symptoms after they arrived from the US on Saturday.
Airport officials said that Muralitharan, wife Sarika and their three daughters were found to be suffering from cough, cold and fever, after a special medical team stationed at the airport examined them.
They were sent to Communicable Diseases Hospital at Tondiarpet for further medical attention. (ANI)
