Dev Patel a lovely boy says Freida Pinto

London, Jun 11: Slumdog Millionaire fame Freida Pinto, admitted for the first time that her relation with co-star Dev Patel is more than friendship. The Sun.co.uk reports that the two were seen getting intimate in Israel and were also spotted shopping for a ring here after the film was released. Pinto was then photographed nestling into Patel's shoulder during a cosy al fresco lunch date in Israel.

24-year-old Freida has called 19-year-old Dev a 'lovely boy'. "The friendship blossomed after the film, it got even stronger. This is all new to us," she added.

There were rumours of a relationship shortly after Slumdog swept the Oscars in Feb, though both the stars denied it. But it was their co-star Anil Kapoor, who revealed their secret. He said, When I meet them, I feel there is something happening." He added that the couple shared 'a magical chemistry'.
