Tamil issue: NSA MK Narayanan leaves for Sri Lanka
New Delhi, May 20: MK Narayanan, the National Security Advisor (NSA) left for Sri Lanka to discuss the rehabilitation of Tamil civilians in the war-ravage island nation. Before leaving to Sri Lanka, NSA met Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi to seek his advice on the issue.
Referring to LTTE chief Velupillai Prabhakaran, NSA said, "s far as we are aware he is no more, but we will get further confirmation." He added that the interests of Tamils will be suitably taken care of.
