Chopper Sabotage: Mumbai Crime Branch solves case
New Delhi, May 4: Two employees of Airworks, Uday Warekar and Palraj Thevar have been arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch in connection to the Anil Ambani Sabotage Case.
The two employees who are currently in the police custody were part of Airworks company that looked after the maintenance of Ambani's chopper.
Earlier, the police had taken the help of Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to understand the possibilities of what might have happened if the chopper had taken off with the pebbles in the gear box.
Bharat Borge, a witness and the technician who found the pebbles in the chopper of the industrialist was found dead in a mysterious way on the railway tracks at Vile Parle on Apr 28. The police has also confirmed that Borge was not involved in the incident.
