Drew Barrymore denies Justin Long link-up

Washington, April 18 (ANI): Rumours of Drew Barrymore getting back with ex-boyfriend Justin Long have fallen flat after the star revealed she was still single.

The stunning actress had sparked speculation after her former lover appeared as a boyfriend figure at the recent premiere of her movie Grey Gardens.

But the 34-year-old insisted at the Los Angeles premiere of the movie she was happy being on her own.

"I love it! It's great! I get to be who I am and do what I want and be with the people I love. I feel like I have everything, and I'm very fortunate, and it's a very rich, fulfilling time in my life," Us magazine quoted her as saying.

Drew further added that she and Long, who split last July after dating for nearly a year, were doing a movie together and were only "good friends".

She said on the Ellen DeGeneres Show: "We're doing a film this summer. I guess people find it a little confusing. I totally understand. It seems like, 'What is the deal with them?'

"But we just adore each other. We're in each other's lives, and we're friends, and we're working together, and we have worked together."

"And, for me, I am still just not ready for anything," she continues. "I've spent two years really with a very different life than I've had before. My priorities have changed." (ANI)
