SYSTIME announces appointment of Aloke Ghosh as chief financial officer

Mumbai, Apr 2 (ANI/Business Wire India): SYSTIME , a CMS Group Company and the largest Oracle JD Edwards practice globally, has recently announced the appointment of Aloke Ghosh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Aloke is a seasoned finance professional with a career spanning 20 years within the IT Services and manufacturing industries.

He has handled global portfolios such as fund-raising through IPO processes, financial modelling including pricing, M and A, international taxation and has also implemented PeopleSoft and SAP for large global corporations.

Aloke's expertise lies in IPO Management involving key functions like pre-IPO visibility and liaisoning with Investment bankers, statutory auditors and lawyers.

More recently, Aloke was the Vice President and Head of Finance of International Business in Reliance Communications.
