Cousin Priyanka advises Varun to read Gita

New Delhi, Mar 23: Priyanka Gandhi, cousin of BJP leader Varun Gandhi slammed Varun over his 'hate speech' in Pilibhit on Mar 6. Priyanka opined that she was sad to hear such statements from a member of a Gandhi family.

Priyanka also advised him to read Bhagavad Gita and understand it better. She said: "I am very sad to hear these statements. He should read the Bhagwad Gita again," said Priyanka.

Priyanaka lamented that the young Gandhi had gone against the values of the family. Priyanaka Gandhi was on her two day visit to Raebarelli to review the poll preparations.
