Julia Roberts accuses paparazzi of taking away glamour from Hollywood

Washington, Mar 18 (ANI): Hollywood actress Julia Roberts has accused the paparazzi for ruining the glamour of Hollywood, as they tend to be too meddling.

The 'Pretty Woman' actress said that the paparazzi were allowed to have too much access to the lives of Hollywood celebs, which eventually took away the glamour from the work they did.

"It's so insidious and pointless. I think that takes away from getting to have this special moment where you go and see someone in a movie. That magic gets diluted because you see these people every hour, every day in something that's bound together and called a publication," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Movefone.com.

Julia admitted that although she herself had the habit of going through the gossip columns, she eventually realized that reading all the tittle-tattle was appalling.

"I'm not a consumer. I used to be. It got kind of so sickening. Like eating a giant cheeseburger, and halfway through you're like: 'What the f**k am I doing?! This is gonna make me sick," she said. (ANI)
