Kashmiri Pandits vital to Jammu Kashmir: Omar
Srinagar, Mar 4: Omar Abdullah, the Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister said that the Kashmiri Pandits who are an integral part of the state will return only when they feel safe. He added that if that sense of security which was snatched in the 90s is restored they will return.
Omar opined that even though the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks strained Indo-Pak ties, to have peace in Kashmir valley, a good relation should be maintained between India and Pakistan. He added that his government would work for restoring the dialogue process and will initiate measures to resolve all issues pertaining to Jammu Kashmir.
