Paula Abdul looking for a soulmate

Washington, Feb 27 (ANI): Paula Abdul wants to settle down and start a family before it's too late.

Following her split from restaurant owner J.T. Torregiani last year, the twice-wed 46-year-old has been single, reports Contactmusic.

Abdul tells OK! magazine, "I tried marriage and it didn't work too well for me, but I would very much like to find a soulmate.

"I look at couples like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell and see what I would like to have: a beautiful lasting relationship that doesn't require a piece of paper."

And kids are in her plans too: "I'd love to have children with that soulmate. Adoption is definitely an option."

Abdul was married to actor Emilio Estevez from 1992 to 1994 and Brad Beckerman from 1996 to 1997. (ANI)
