Antonio Banderas joins Freida Pinto in Woody Allen's next

Washington, Feb 27 (ANI): Movie heartthrob Antonio Banderas has signed on to join the star-studded cast of Woody Allen's as-yet-untitled film.

The 'Legend of Zorro star' will star alongside Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Naomi Watts and Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto, reports Contactmusic.

Allen has not yet revealed any plot details about the upcoming film - but shooting is slated to begin in London this summer (09).

Pinto has credited director Danny Boyle for landing a role in three-time Oscar winner Allen's new venture.

'Slumdog Millionaire' swept the Oscar by winning 8 awards including the Best Film.

Composer AR Rahman walked away with two awards for Best Original Score, while shared the Best Original Song gong with renowned lyricist Gulzar. (ANI)
