An IIM-C student in Advani's campaign team!

Kolkata, Feb 24: In a first of its kind an Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta (IIM-C) student will join as an intern in Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Prime Ministerial candidate LK Advani's poll campaign team. Harsh Vardhan Chhaparia, a recent pass-out from IIM-Calcutta will get his assignment in March.

Harsh met Advani in News Delhi on Jan 30. When Advani asked why he wants to volunteer for his campaign, Harsh's reply was he wants to know what Indian politics was all about. Meanwhile, LK Advani confirmed meeting Harsh, but told that what role the IIM-C graduate will get in his campaign team will depend on the campaign strategy.

Advani also presented a copy of his autobiography, 'My Country, My Life' to Harsh.
