Mickey Rourke's co-star in 'The Wrestler' arrested for drug dealing

Washington, Feb 20 (ANI): American actor Mickey Rourke's co-star from the movie 'The Wrestler' has been arrested for drug dealing and assaulting a police officer.

A New York Daily News report said that Scott Siegel, who played a substance dealer in the hit movie, was charged with steroid distribution and assault in Westchester County, New York on February 18, reports Contactmusic.

Siegel, 34, had been under the surveillance of the Drug Enforcement Administration officials, and was apprehended while he was allegedly picking up a package.

The actor tried to escape from the police by repeatedly ramming their vehicles with his car, and when it did not work out, he tried to flee on foot, but was caught after a short chase.

Siegel now faces charges of assault on a federal officer and steroid distribution. (ANI)
