Bangalore, Feb 20: Karnataka Chief minister, B S Yeddiyurappa on Friday, Feb 20 presented the Karnataka Budget keeping in view, global recession and Lok Sabha polls. Before making the budget speech, he promised to give a fair budget for all amidst global crisis.
