ABBA star Ulvaeus condemns music piracy via Internet
London, Feb 20 (ANI): Lashing out at people who download tracks illegally from the Internet, ex-ABBA star Bjorn Ulvaeus has said that such music fans are "lazy and mean".
The musician is upset that people use unofficial websites to collect songs for free.
He insists that such a practice is extremely damaging for both artists and the music industry.
"It is easier and cheaper to steal than to download legally. (These sites offer people) the 'freedom' to be lazy and mean," the Daily Star quoted him as writing on Swedish website Newsmill,
He added: "Is it so f**king hard to understand? Is it really so damn difficult to pay your way?" (ANI)
