Chargesheet against 21 IM terrorists

Mumbai, Feb 17: Mumbai city police filed chargesheet against 21 alleged members of terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM). Indian Mujahideen men accused in several terror cases were produced in court on Tuesday, Feb 17.

They were accused of hatching the conspiracy to execute bomb blasts across the country.The group claimed responsibility for a series of terror attacks in major cities right through 2008.

In an 1800 page chargesheet, the Mumbai Crime Branch has charged all the 21 accused under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code, Arms Act, Expolosives Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Information Technology Act.
