Madhya Pradesh/Maharashtra Border-Nagpur to be four laned
New Delhi, Feb 11 (ANI): The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) today approved the proposals of the Department of Road Transport and Highways, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways for the Development of four laning of MP/Maharashtra Border-Nagpur.
The project cost of four laning of the section is estimated as Rs. 1205.52 crore including Rs.35.00 crore towards Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement and pre-construction.
The Government would provide the viability gap funding, which would not exceed 40 per cent of the total project cost excluding the cost of LA, R andR and pre-construction.
The project will be developed by the NHAI through the Private Sector Concessionaires. (ANI)
