Hyderabad, Feb 10: The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has filed a petition seeking the court"s nod to question former Satyam Computers CFO Vadlamani Srinivas and PricewaterHouse sacked executives S Gopalakrishnan and Talluri Srinivas.

Petition has been accepted by the court. Meanwhile, the crime Investigation Department (CID) will seek surrender of Ram Mynampati, former CEO of Satyam Computers. In this regard CID has written a letter to the new board of Satyam to summon him to Hyderabad for questioning.

A senior CID official said the department is waiting for board"s response to their request. “If the board does not respond, we will initiate the process for his extradition," the official told.“We will wait for some more days for the board to reply," the official added.

However, the extradition will take time as Ram Mynampati is a US citizen, admitted the official.
No case has been filed against Mynapathi as of now. If new Satyam board give negative response on Mynampathi, a FIR would be filed against him.
