L K Advani receives death threat
New Delhi, Feb 6: Senior BJP leader and Prime ministerial candidate L K Advani on Thursday, Feb 5 said he received a death threat on his website. Advani informed the government that he received an e-mail threat by a Pakistan-based group Harkat-ul-Mujahideen.
Reports suggest that the post threatened harnessing of new technology weapons to be used against politicians and key personalities. Sources said that Advani received the threat while he was in Vijayawada. Meanwhile the senior BJP leaders and members of the national council meet is on to prepare and discuss the strategies to be executed for the coming Lok Sabha elections.
