Satyam board to elect new Chairman on Jan 17
Hyderabad, Jan 17: The second meeting of the new six member board will be meeting on Saturday, Jan 17 at its head office in Madhapur. The board members will elect a new Chairman to bring the disgraced Satyam Computers out of crisis.
The members may also discuss about the financial situation of the company in the backdrop of Ram Mynampati's SoS to the Corporate Affairs Ministry, couple of days ago.
Three more board members appointed by Government, Tarun Das, T N Manoharan and S Balkrishna Mainak will join Deepak Parekh, Kiran Karnik and C Achuthan.
The board is yet to decide on the appointment of new CEO and CFO to bring back the company's operation to normalcy.
