Telugu actor Bhargavi stabbed to death

Hyderabad, Dec 17: One of the Tollywood's upcoming actress Bhargavi was found dead at her residence here on Tuesday, Dec 16 evening. 25-year-old Bhargavi's latest movie 'Asta Chemma' was a hit. Police officials found two bodies at her residence.

They claim that Bhargavi was stabbed to death by a close associate Praveen Kumar who committed suicide immediately after killing her. According to the suicide note Praveen and Bhargavi were not being allowed by the actress' mother to meet each other. The suicide not which is reportedly written by Praveen states that the problems in the personal life made them to commit suicide. But the police believe that Praveen first stabbed her to death and then committed suicide by consuming cyanide.

Bhargavi was living in a rented apartment at Banjara Hills. Her mother had reportedly accompanied her when she did the preliminaries for the accommodation. But it was Praveen Kumar who was a frequent visitor. The actress returned from a trip to Gorantla, her native village in Guntur district on Monday. She was to supposed to attend shooting of a new film on Tuesday, Dec 16 morning.

With almost 10 films in hand, Bhargavi had a promising career ahead of her. She had 10 Telugu films on hand and the movie Holidays is almost 50 per cent complete. Bhargavi was also a well known TV anchor.
