Jack Nicholson, Jane Fonda to be inducted into California Hall of Fame
London, Dec 4 : Legendary actors Jack Nicholson and Jane Fonda are among the latest figures to be inducted into the California Hall of Fame.
Nicholson and Fonda will be honored at a ceremony in Sacramento on December 15th (08).
Fonda's induction comes nearly after 30 years, after the State Senate rejected her nomination to the California Arts Council following her candid campaign against the Vietnam War, reports the Daily Star.
Other celebrities like musicians Dave Brubeck and Quincy Jones, fitness guru Jack LaLanne, sculptor Robert Graham and chef Alice Waters, will also be inducted into the California Hall of Fame.
Late Photographer Dorothea Lange, architect Julia Morgan, scientist Linus Pauling and former Governor Leland Stanford will be inducted posthumously.
