Simon Cowell warns paparazzi after spotting bugging device under his car
London, Dec 3 : Simon Cowell has warned the paparazzi from exceeding their limit, after a journalist planted a bugging device underneath his car to monitor his movements.
After the bugger was planted underneath Cowell's car, he became suspicious that his movements were being monitored, later the security exposed a hi-tech spy device attached to the undercarriage of his Bentley Continental.
Although Cowell did not involve police in the matter, his lawyers have demanded the paparazzi not to exceed their limit and to refrain from unlawful attempts.
"It is a step too far. He's been in this business for years. We're not making a song and dance about it, but it is unlawful," the Daily Star quoted Cowell's publicist Max Clifford, as saying.
"He is not a suspected terrorist. We've found out who the journalist is and we have decided to send out a note to the other papers asking them to refrain from that sort of thing," the publicist added.
