CM convenes all-party meet tomorrow
Bangalore, Nov 30 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has convened an all-party meeting tomorrow to discuss the precautionary security measures to be taken following devastating terrorist strike on Mumbai.
Official sources said the Chief Minister had invited chiefs of all political parties in the State for the meeting in which Leaders of Opposition in both Houses of Legislature would take part.
He would brief all the political parties about the measures taken by the state government in the aftermath of the Mumbai incident and seek suggestions on the issue.
He had convened a meeting of industrialists and representatives of corporates to discuss law and order situation, yesterday and explained about the security measures being taken to tackle any kind of challenge in future in the state.
Karnataka Home Minister V S Acharya and top officials from Home Department would also take part in the meeting.
