Centre can not wash off its hands with removal of Patil-Advani
Sikar, Nov 30 (UNI) BJP Prime Ministerial candidate L K Advani said that the UPA Government at the Centre could not wash its hand of the Mumbai terror attack by mere removal of Home Minister Shivraj Patil but what was required were comprehensive steps to fight out the menace.
The happenings in Mumbai has made the entire nation how its head in shame and the Centre could not escape from its responsibility be mere removal of the Home Minister, Mr Advani said at election meetings in favour of BJP nominees in nearby towns of Neem-Ka-Thana(Sikar) and Khetri(Jhunjhunu).
''Since the origin of the terrorists activities in the country has now been identified before us, there is no point in sitting idle and thus the Government should immediately come forward with effective steps to eradicate the menace'', the BJP leader said.
This would required joint efforts by all concerned, he added.
