Rio condemns Mumbai terror attacks
Kohima, Nov 28 (UNI) Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today condemned the terrorist attacks in Mumbai in the strongest terms, calling it as inhuman acts of violence and said the perpetrators of such attacks must be tracked down and dealt with in the most severe manner as per the law.
In a statement issued here, Mr Rio said all sections of the society must combat this modern day menace in a unified manner, rising above all other considerations.
''It is also of paramount importance that the international community works in a more cohesive manner so that the forces of terror and violence are controlled and brought to book, as no one can allow the mongers of bloodshed to hold all to ransom by spreading fear through senseless killings,'' he said.
He expressed his deepest condolences to the bereaved families and wished early recovery of the injured.
