EC receives replies from Petroleum Ministry
New Delhi, Nov 28 (UNI) The Election Commission (EC) has received the replies to its showcause notice served to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Murli Deora and from the Petroleum Secretary on the reported mid election announcement by the Minister on the price cut of the petroleum product after the culmination of the ongoing elections.
The Commission sources said they received the replies yesterday and were examining them for the next course of action, the sources said.
