Two party workers injured in clash

Jabalpur, Nov 27 (UNI) Two people were today injured during a clash between Congress and BJP workers outside a polling centre near Jhamandas square under Jabalpur assembly segment in this district, police said.

BJP worker Golu Sonkar received injuries from knife, while Congress worker Bablu Asar Baig was injured when he was hit by hockey stick.

Police reached the spot and removed both party workers from the spot. Cases were registered from both sides. Both were sent for medical examination. Polling was not disrupted.
