Rajasthan educationists hold meeting with Haryana Edu Board
Bhiwani, Nov 27 (UNI) A three-member delegation of Rajasthan Education Board led by Director R B Gupta held a meeting with the officers of Haryana Education Board here.
Director of Board of School Education Haryana Dr Kuldeep Aggarwal apprised the delegation of recently implemented semester system, grading system, continuous evaluation system, re-evaluation system and the system of online filing applications to be implemented in the near future.
He said Haryana Education Board was the first Board in the country to have successfully implemented semester and grading systems. The Board has also implemented re-evaluation system for all the subjects of 10th and 12th classes.
The re-evaluation system was being implemented only by a few education boards of Southern states, he said.
Mr Gupta appreciated the steps taken by Haryana Education Board to improve its functioning and examination system and said the delegation was keen to implement these decisions in Rajasthan Education Board.
