Fiscal help to disabled exservicemen by UT admn
Chandigarh, Nov 26 (UNI) The Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Chandigarh has decided to provide financial assistance of Rs 500 per month to those ex-servicemen who have suffered 100 per cent disability during their service and have been invalided out from service.
This is the fourth welfare scheme started by Zila Sainik Welfare in the last one year.
Earlier, this office had announced financial assistance of Rs 500 per month to visually impaired ex-servicemen and mentally challenged children of ex-servicemen and Rs 1000 per month to the ex-servicemen undergoing paraplegic treatment/training at various centers in the country.
