Court to hear helicopter landing case against Lalu

Muzaffarpur, Nov 26 (UNI) A local court will hear on December 12 the case filed against RJD chief and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad for landing a helicopter at a public place without permission of the administration.

Following the application of the Superintendent of Police, Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate Sanjay Kumar Singh has decided to hear the matter on December 12.

As per the case, Mr Prasad, without taking permission of the administration, had landed his helicopter at Bhujungi chowk and addressed a public meeting there in August, 2007.

Later, a case was filed in the court in this connection.
