BSF organises border visit for school children
Agartala, Nov 26 (UNI) As part of the 44th BSF Day celebrations, its Tripura Frontier organised an exposure visit for children studying in various schools along the Indo-Bangladesh border to make them understand the core issues about the international border.
BSF officials here today said the authorities would organise a week-long programme on events in the state and the final celebration would be held at Shalbagan headquarters on December 1.
The BSF Jazz Band of Tripura Frontier has already organised evening shows for interior border locations of the state from yesterday and a 10 km Mini-Marathon - 'Run for Peace' - would be held at Agartala on November 30 in the morning, the officials added.
