Bad weather disrupts arrivals, departures of flights

Chennai, Nov 26 (UNI) The heavy rains which have been lashing Chennai city and many districts of Tamil Nadu, disrupted flight schedules at the domestic and international airports here today.

According to airport sources, the flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore at the domestic airport and those from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok at the international terminal are late by 20 minutes to one and-a-half hours due to bad weather and heavy rain.

As a result, the departure of flights to these detinations was also delayed.
