400 Hajis from J
Srinagar, Nov 26 (UNI) Fifty hajj-2008 pilgrims including two Kashmiris died in two holy cities of Mecca and Madina since the commencement of pilgrimage from October 30.
Meanwhile, a fresh batch of 400 hajis today left for Jeddah from Sheikh-ul-Alam International Airport in two special flights.
With this a total of 8907 pilgrims have so far left from here for undertaking the pllgrimage.
A 60-year-old woman pilgrim Saba Begum from Jammu and Kashmir died due to heart attack at Mecca on November 23.
With her death a total of 50 pilgrims from India have died so far during the pilgrimage, mostly due to heart attack.
