Magna-Atom ink partnership for IVR platform

Mumbai, Nov 25: Atom technologies has entered into a partnership with Magna Publishing House, a leading publisher of magazines like Stardust, Savvy and Society, for the atom interactive voice response (IVR) platform. Magna customers will now be able to subscribe the magazines and make secure credit card payments by dialling a toll free number. This will be in addition to the internet and other presence for subscribing to Magna's publications, a release issued on Tuesday, Nov 25 said.

Magna Head-Subscriptions Rajeev Mokashi said, ''To improve service quality, speedup subscriber acquisition, capitalize on enquiries and ensure that we do not miss out on potential business, we have implemented atom IVR. With atom, Magna will not only cater to the increasing demand for its publications, but will also become more competitive in its overall service offering as well.''
